Bank account remittance in China

Scope of application

This remittance channel is applicable to the bank you remit in China, and the receiving currency is RMB.


Help information

Remittance service charge

If you transfer money to us through a bank in China, the remittance fee will depend on the amount of money you remit, the remitting bank, the remittance equipment (counter, ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Generally, mobile bank is used for transfer and remittance without handling fee.


Refund service charge

If you want us to refund you by bank transfer in China, you must:

1) You have a valid bank account number in China;

2) Your original transaction or payment must be transferred to our account through offline bank transfer;


The refund service fee depends on your receiving bank, different bank service fees are different


exchange rate

Receive RMB directly, do not involve exchange, if exchange is to be settled according to real-time exchange rate;


payment date

It depends on the arrival time you choose when you transfer, generally real-time


refund

It is generally real-time. However, if the amount of individual transactions is too large, there will be a 1-2 day delay in the time of receipt



Remittance from bank account outside China


Scope of application

This remittance channel is applicable to the bank you remit from outside China, and the receiving currency is Hong Kong dollar and US dollar

Expenses involved in remittance

1) Remittance service fee: the charging standard is determined by your remitting bank. Please consult your bank for specific fees

2) Collection fee: 65 yuan or equivalent foreign currency / transaction, which is charged by our receiving bank. Please understand that this fee is for your account, and we will convert it into RMB / US dollar based on the final actual amount

For example: if you remit us $100 to our HSBC account, the fee involved:

1) $100

2) Remittance handling fee (charged by your remitting bank) (assumed to be $10)

3) Entry fee (charged by our receiving bank) (65cny, about $7)

Then, you need to pay $100 + 10 + 7 = 117 at the end of the day and $100 upon receipt.


payment date

Generally, it takes 1-3 working days from remittance to the account. The actual time of receipt shall prevail.


Fees involved in refund

1) If your bank remittance cannot be recorded by HSBC due to incomplete or incorrect collection information, and you need to return the remittance to your remitting bank, you need to bear the following expenses:

2) If you want us to refund to your bank by remittance, you will be charged the following service charges:

0.1% of remittance amount (minimum RMB 100 or equivalent foreign currency / transaction; maximum RMB 1000 or equivalent foreign currency / transaction)
