 Shopping address filling in operation related questions and answers


1. How to fill in the receiving name of the shopping website?


A: the full name of the consignee, i.e. full name, is generally required for shopping websites. After you register as a member, the system will automatically generate a consignee name for you, click "my transshipment" - > "transshipment warehouse address", copy and paste it into the consignee column of the shopping website.


PS: if you can't fill in all the shopping websites, you can directly fill in the unique ID identification code, which is very important to facilitate the identification of your package in the later stage.


2. How to fill in the address on the shopping website?


A: click "my transfer", select "transfer warehouse address", copy the full name, address, city, state, country, zipcode, Tel and other relevant information and fill in each column corresponding to the receiving address of the shopping website.


3. Q: there is a sign in on the parcel website, but what should I do if there is no receipt?


A: generally, the normal time limit for non Vietnam check-in is 1-3 working days. Please wait patiently. If your package hasn't been put into storage within this time limit, you need to contact international express first to check whether the receiver is "FY". If not, it means non Vietnam check-in. You need to contact the merchant to track the package and deliver it to non Vietnam logistics warehouse. Thank you.


5. Q: when shopping, can you choose "payment after delivery" and "payment after freight"?


A: if you choose delivery payment, post payment or freight payment when ordering goods, our company will not accept the goods temporarily, please do not choose delivery payment, so as to avoid rejection of the warehouse.
